1. Dữ liệu sử dụng

Để điều khiển đèn qua Bluetooth, KOLVN đọc thông tin thiết bị, trạng thái kết nối và các giá trị cài đặt. Tên đèn, định danh Bluetooth, lịch cài đặt, nhóm đèn và ảnh bạn chọn có thể được lưu trên điện thoại để ứng dụng hoạt động. Ảnh được chọn không tự động tải lên máy chủ chỉ vì bạn đặt ảnh đại diện cho đèn.

2. Bảo hành điện tử và Internet

Khi tra cứu, kích hoạt hoặc đồng bộ bảo hành, ứng dụng có thể gửi tới klightvn.net số serial đèn, model, thông tin kích hoạt và dữ liệu xác thực thiết bị cần thiết. Hệ thống lưu hồ sơ bảo hành để xác nhận thời hạn và chống kích hoạt sai. Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng và bảo mật mạng có thể xử lý thông tin kỹ thuật của kết nối, chẳng hạn địa chỉ IP, để cung cấp dịch vụ.

3. Quyền trên thiết bị

Bluetooth dùng để tìm, kết nối và điều khiển đèn. Quyền truy cập ảnh chỉ dùng khi bạn chủ động chọn ảnh cho đèn. Bạn có thể thay đổi quyền trong Cài đặt của iPhone; từ chối Bluetooth sẽ hạn chế điều khiển đèn.

4. Chia sẻ, quảng cáo và theo dõi

KOLVN không sử dụng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo cá nhân hóa hoặc theo dõi bạn xuyên ứng dụng và website của doanh nghiệp khác. Dữ liệu bảo hành chỉ được xử lý bởi King Of Lights và các nhà cung cấp hạ tầng cần thiết để vận hành dịch vụ, hoặc được cung cấp khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

5. Lưu trữ, xóa dữ liệu và lựa chọn

Dữ liệu cài đặt lưu trên điện thoại có thể được xóa bằng tính năng quản lý thiết bị hoặc gỡ cài đặt app. Một số lịch cài đặt vẫn được lưu trên chính đèn cho đến khi bạn xóa hoặc thay đổi. Hồ sơ bảo hành trên máy chủ được giữ trong thời gian cần thiết để thực hiện bảo hành, xử lý tranh chấp và nghĩa vụ pháp lý, sau đó xóa hoặc ẩn danh khi không còn căn cứ lưu giữ. 6. Liên hệ và thay đổi

1. Data used by the app

For Bluetooth lighting control, KOLVN reads device information, connection status and lighting settings. Device names, Bluetooth identifiers, schedules, groups and photos you choose may be stored locally on your phone. Choosing a device photo does not by itself upload it to our server.

2. Warranty service and Internet access

When you look up, activate or synchronize a warranty, the app may send the lamp serial number, model, activation information and necessary device verification data to klightvn.net. Warranty records are stored to verify coverage and prevent invalid activations. Network infrastructure and security providers may process technical connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver the service.

3. Device permissions

Bluetooth is used to find, connect to and control lamps. Photo access is used only when you choose an image for a lamp. You can change permissions in iPhone Settings; denying Bluetooth will limit lamp control.

4. Sharing, advertising and tracking

KOLVN does not use data for personalized advertising or track users across other companies’ apps and websites. Warranty information is processed by King Of Lights and infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, or disclosed where legally required.

5. Retention, deletion and your choices

Locally stored app settings can be removed using device-management features or by uninstalling the app. Some schedules remain on the lamp itself until you change or delete them. Server warranty records are retained as necessary for warranty support, disputes and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required. You can request access, correction or deletion of warranty information; some records may need to be retained as required by law.
